I agree, there are just too many to pick from! Some of the outfits are amazing as well!
I can't believe that we couldn't vote for our own though. I will be the first to admit (just don't tell my baby), that I thought there were many outfits that were much better than mine, but I felt obligated to vote for my little girl. I just felt evil voting for three other little cuties knowing that she didn't want to get dressed up in the first place.
I definitely don't remember seeing that in the rules at all.
