You might want to try feeding him smaller, more frequent meals if possible. The yellow bile is generally a sign that their stomachs are empty. The vomiting after meals might be helped by feeding a smaller amount that would be easier to digest. If you're currently feeding twice a day, you might try to feed 3-4 times a day instead but keep the total amount fed each day the same. It all may just be temporary-- it sounds like there have been a lot of potentially stressful changes to Bogie's routine lately, and sometimes stress can make an animal's stomach upset just like it can ours.
