We were blessed to have the opportunity to adopt our little rehome Baci (the name we've given him) this past Wednesday. Baci's former owner felt she didn't have the time and attention to give him that she knew he deserved and made the difficult and selfless decision to find him a home where he'd get the attention and love she wanted him to have. My hubby and I found her through this forum. Baci is adjusting soooo well! He and our little Bella seem to have loved each other from the start. They lick and sniff each other, chase and play and both seem so happy to have each other's attention. He is so playful and gives TONS of kisses! That's how we chose his name: Baci (bah-chee) is the Itlaian word for "kisses." Even better- he has totally bonded with my DH- something he really was hoping for as he has always wanted to have a dog that was "his" and never had one as a child. I am just so happy and relieved that all has gone well so far. We do need to put a little weight on him and get him a haircut, but time and some TLC will fix all that
