I just purchased a female yorkie that is 8 weeks old and still has short hair, she is purbreed and came from a very good breeder but i was told that the father of this pup carried a short hair ressecive gen and by the time my girl is 6 months she will have a normal long hair yorkie coat. My question is that if I would brred this pup will her puppys have the short hair also?
