Oh. My. God. I'm such an idiot. I haven't been doing that. I can't believe it never dawned on me that it needed to be wiped clean. Thanks for mentioning this because that's most likely the reason for the rash. I'll be wiping him down each and every time from now on. Hopefully this rash clears up soon.
