Lucy is a year old, and pretty much house-trained. However, life occasionally gets hectic and we can overlook the signals that she wants to go. What we've done is to leave a pee pad just inside the back door (which is where she goes out), and she uses this (although one pad can last 3-4 days, as she rarely has to use it). This avoids puddles and parcels in the house.

Give it a try - and perhaps buy one of those 'attractant' sprays to use until your baby gets used to using the pad. Good luck.
