It would be considered line breeding. Of course there is much more to consider than just the pedigree. You need to know the strengths and the faults of all the dogs involved. It sounds like they are both closely line bred so no one can say if it would be a good breeding without really knowing the dogs involved. Sometimes line breeding can produce excellent results but it can also bring out lots of problems. You still have plenty of time to study the yorkie standard and find someone that is very familiar with breeding that could look at your dogs and give you an honest opinion. You should also consult with the breeder you got your pups from because they would be the most familiar with the ancestors of your dogs.
