I'm really surprised at this, as I have always heard the green cheeks are one of the quiet conures. Our green cheek, Ziggy, hardly makes any noise at all, just little squeaky sounds. That's okay as we have 9 other birds that make plenty of noise. That includes a blue and gold macaw, his screams can drive you crazy!
Ziggy kinda reminds me of a yorkie as he has no fear of the bigger birds, which has gotten him into troulbe a few times
