Dollar is only 3 months old too but he doesnt let me know when he has to go either. I have no idea...I try and take him out as muh as possible, but somehow he always manages to go on the floor too. What i am doing is taking him out a lot and showing him the potty pad out side. that way if he does go inside he will go on the potty pad.
