 Allergic to Shampoo???
I have a 14 week old yorkie. I just bathed him with a hypoallergenic shampoo and now he has red spots under both ears and red around his snout. He is rubbing his ears and nose with his paws and acts like it is bothering him. I called a vet (not his because its after hours) and they said to rinse him really well with warm water and call the emergency vet if it worsens. Does this sound like an allergy to the shampoo that can be treated with Benadryll? Or should I take him to the vet?? Any advice would be appreciated.
