Here's what I read. Removing the coat on the inside of the legs, behind the elbows and other areas that the small hairs get tangled. It's basicly keeping the hair cut shorter such as a puppy cut. Here's another link with an explanation of it: http://www.associatedcontent.com/art...er.html?cat=53
