Well this is how I would do it. Your little Jemma was born on Dec.1st. Each month on the 1st I would add a month. So on Aug 1st Jemma will be 8 months old. After about 20 weeks it starts getting confusing so I then switch to months easier to keep track. I have four so I really get confused.
