1. Tucker is only 13wks so I am not expecting him to be trained, but at what age will he start letting me know that he has to go potty. He gets a little fragment of a treat everytime he goes potty outside.(we do not use puppy pads) When outside, he will potty and then run to me for a treat..This is great, but even though we go outside every 30 minutes, he still sometimes has accidents but has no way of communicating to me that he has to go. For example, this morning we went out at 6am and he peed and pooped, then ran to me for a treat. Then he ran back up to the door and sat there waiting for me to open it. We went in to eat, and he did not eat his breakfast. 30 min later he popped on the floor without any regret.. ha! When should he start learning to try and tell me that he has to go out?

2. He has one red sweater that is longer than others. When I put that sweater on him he seems to get depressed. I put it on yesterday morning and all day yesterday I thought about taking him to the vet because he was not acting normal. Just slept all day and would not eat or drink. Then we go to my moms house to visit and I took the sweater off and next thing you know he's back to his old self.. He played for 2 hours getting into EVERYTHING and so when we got ready to eat, I put his sweater backon and set him down and he layed down right where I set him and did not move until I picked him up to leave. He acts like it a straight jacket... Is this normal?
