Blood in the urine can be something so simple like "heat'... is she fixed?
or an UTI or even something much more serious... pyometra... ( even if she is fixed she can get an infection of the 'stump"...)
Take her to the vet ... and hopefully we will hear a very good update of a false alarm and all is fine with your girl....
