Rainbow Yorkie miscarriages

Hi there,

I have a male Yorkie (Rocky) but would like to get him a biological sister from his mom and dad, the exact same parents. Rocky's mom was due but then miscarried. This make me a little uneasy. I know it is something that naturally happens. I asked the breeder and she said this was the mom's first miscarriage and they only lost one puppy before out of three litters. The mom is not teeny tiny or anything, average size if not a bit larger size.

I trust the breeder, but I am still feeling a little cautious. Should I be concerned about the health of any future litters (I reserved a pup for the next one)? Or am I making too big of a deal of this?

Thanks in advance for any help. It will be about half a year until they can breed again so I have time to wait (and think!).
