~Sounds like a carrier or maybe the middleman for a puppy mill. Every once in a while, I'll get an email from somebody that is interested in a puppy and they say they'll send their carrier to pick up the puppy. Of course I don't fall for it. I know they do travel all over to get puppies if the price is right.
