I'm a breeder/exhibitor too.
I don't cage the dogs but, do expect you to pick them up within 2 1/2 hours.
The only time I do up my price is when clients don't bring dogs in every 6 to 8 weeks and bring them in entirely matted. I don't shave the dogs down, but matting does take time to get out.
