Omg Not to mention the heat and he's alone out there!

The thing that concerns everyone here is the balcony, but in response to the original post, i'm most concerned that

1. the dog is a toy breed and left unsupervised anywhere without the owner right beside him

2. the heat, doggies that size can't be left in the heat like that, he'll get too hot and die from that if the jumping part doesn't get him first


I hope you can talk to the neighbors in a kind manner and tell them that you are worried about their puppy being left along in the heat. The idea about offering chicken wire to use is probably the kindest way i've seen on here yet.

But yea you should mention something to them. My dog won't have a balcony or deck, but my aunt's has a high up deck, but that pup is NEVER outside alone.
