Where I live we have these pesky things called foxtails, which are like the heads of growing weeds. And they get in our dogs earas all of the time. The dogs shake their heads a lot, and scratch at their ear(s) when they have one in there. The vets around here are used to them and take them out easily. We can't see them without the otoscope that they use, tho. They are usually way down in there. But if you don't have foxtails where you are, then probably some of the ear cleaner got down in there. I would use a cotton ball with some alcohol on it, and gently clean the part you can reach. Some of the alcohol will actually get down in there and dry up the other stuff. But I would definitely take him to the vet ASAP. Good luck.
