At different times, I have seen various dogs do several sneezes in a row. It was after they touched a flower or a weed or a frog. But never continuous sneezes for hours. It must be something in your house or on you....maybe perfume or hairspray. Or it could be just plain allergies like humans get, like hayfever. And even if you didn't so anything different, they could all of a sudden be allergic to it. If it continues, I would call the vet and see what you could give....such as benedryl. I'm sure that's what he'll say. But you'll have to find out the dosage depending on the weight. Good luck.
