 Asking for trouble
It seems to me it's like playing Russian Roulette with your dog by allowing it on a balcony where it can put his head [to get stuck and strangled] and body inbetween slates. How much would it take to just put up some screening material or fencing up if you have to leave the dog out there. I personally would never do it. Especially in the hot sun. That's just cruel to the dog and also inconsiderte to the neighbors. |
