Hi everyone! I have two yorkies that bark almost 24/7 it seems. I work nights and my husband works days so they don't get alot of time during the week where they are aloud to bark but even if i didn't need to sleep they push it to the limit! We have a doggy door so they are free to go out and in as they please and our fence is chain link so they can see everyone walking by. But they even bark at the neighbors the birds eachother even just for the hell of it sometimes. I can't just close the doggy door because that is the only way they are potty trained, they don't know that they need to ask to go out. Do you have any tricks to make dogs stop barking? The neighbors have commented on it and i dont want them to hate us. I tried one of the sonic noise thingy collars on my little girl and most of the time it didn't even register when she barked and if it did she didn't seem to care that it was beeping. I can't go outside every time they bark because I'm trying to sleep and I would be outside all the time. Thanks for any help!
