I'm going to find all the Luxating Patella stories, maybe it will help me.

I have another little Yorkie, and they are really close. How do you keep them off of each other? I mean they sleep together and if one has a e-collar on how do you keep the other from licking the area?

Gosh I just wish it was Saturday!
Roxy had both legs done at the same time. I paid extra for her to stay in the hospital for 3 nights. I had the weekend off and also took off Monday and Tuesday. So basicly the first week I had the professionals care for her.

It was rough. I made a 4 panel box with the expen. I put a flit pillow, pee pads, water and food in there, as well as a bully stick. I kept her on the Metcamp for about 3 or 4 weeks.

I had to do range of motion excercises with her legs. She only walked to do potty (although was allowed more walking as the weeks went by). I carried her all the time, if she wasn't in the expen. I slept in a spare bed, just me and her so I can make sure TJ or hubby didn't hurt her

Yes - read some stories, it will help you
