My previous vet didn't give it. We're now going to MSU and they definitely advised to have it. I admit I was scared to death with Toby's first one, but he had absolutely no problem with it. Lola just had hers earlier this week and no problems either. Toby is due for another at the end of the month so I'm sure I'll be anxious again.
