I am so happy that the dog isn't going to be PTS. I don't really blame the parents (to err is human), but I do think that the dog didn't mean to hurt the baby. The parents should have been prepared - how long does it take to get a baby monitor?
I also believe that babies should be with their mothers. When a baby is away from his mother, he feels extreme pain and discomfort. Babies shouldn't be put in cribs and nurseries, they should be with you.
Anyway, I am happy that the baby is going to be alright and that Dakota isn't going to be put down.
