I have done that as a special request once before but I required for the puppy to be paid in advance and the puppy had to be chosen before the 3 days.
Just imagine if for any reasons that family didn't end up getting the puppy after all........puppies are adorable with tails and all but since the standard calls for docking that could be an issue to find the perfect home, and I would say the price would have to be adjust accordingly.
I know that choosing a puppy that young will not give you the opportunity to see their personalities , size or looks but I would say this is impossible for a breeder to do as in order to give you the opportunity ,we would have to leave all of the puppies in full tails.
On occasions I have seen yorkie puppies advertised with full tails explaining that due to personal emergencies puppies were not taken for docking but very rare to find.
