Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers! Gizmo is home now and he slept a little while I prepared dinner. I waited an hour and a half to feed him and only gave him 1/4 of what he usually eats and he scarfed it all down! The vet said it was ok to give him small portions and then back to his normal routine tomorrow. I went out and bought some onsies but the vet said not to put them on him bc it would rub against the sutures. I had to put the cone on him and he doesn't like it at all! He fell asleep standing up bc he didn't think he could lay down with it on so I had to lay him on his side for him! I was looking to see what your opinions were on the onsies and wether or not I should use them. |
