I agree... find a breeder in your area... visit the "future" parents and make arrangements to have your puppy intact... tails are done at 2 or 3 days old... so you need to make arrangements prior the litter is born. I would assume any breeder will require a non-refundable deposit ... since if you step back they will be left with a puppy that is off american standard and can not be docked latter...
