Hi everyone, I'm new to yorkietalk. Lately, I have been crazily in love with yorkie. I have been looking around for cheap yorkie and found one 10 weeks old yorkie located in Cameroon which I believe is in africa. I know that cost ~$400-500 to ship a dog from las vegas to new york so shouldn't it means, it would cost more to ship from there to here? Plus I know that yorkie are super expensive and it's unbelievable that she's only charging me $120. The seller say she will only charge me $120 for shipping. Can someone help me verify whether this is a fraud or not? I don't want to be cheated. The following are her response:

Hello,thanks for contacting me as concern the puppies.I have three
yorkie puppies which i am giving them out due to my present
condition.They reason for giving them out is because my wife just
recently past away so i will be moving out to work in a different
location which i will not have time to take care of them and there is
no body who can also take care of them why i am away.That is why i am
looking for homes urgently for my babies.As concern the puppies they
are all healthy.They have all health papers and love to play with kids
and other pets will be a perfect match to you if you decide to adopt
any or all of them.All you will have to pay for each of the puppies is
$120 to get them with all health papers and 1year health guarantee
each.So i will like to know where you are located and also if you have
ever had any puppy before.They are are very ready for a new home. Thanks for getting back so soon,they babies are 10weeks old
respectively and they are three of them tow females and 1male.I am
located in Cameroon where the babies will be shipped to your location
which will be a 9hours flight for the puppies to get to your location
and all you will have to do is pay for $120 for each of the puppies so
please get back let me know how soon you need the puppies below are
some pictures. I understand were you are coming from,but to start with,the puppies
already have all health papers and are micro shipped i also have a
shipping permit and all papers which the puppy will be shipped and
delivered to you safely and the reason i don't want to charge you for
all this is because i want you to have a good intention for the puppy
not as if you buying but because you love the puppy and will take care
of the puppy so please you will have to understand my reason why i am
taking only $120 for the shipping.The weather condition there will be
favorable to the puppy because my vet already did a research.So please
get back lets start the shipping process.
