We're getting our new baby here in a few weeks, we have a female and we're wondering about what to feed her, and also about their going into heat, do female dogs actually have a period/bleed? We want to spay her to avoid this and other cancers and other dogs bothering her, but i had to know do they really bleed??
Pet foods i'm considering:
Buffalo Blue Puppy Formula
Nutro Natural Choice Ultra Puppy food
By Nature Puppy Food
Science Diet Nature's Best Puppy food
Avoderm Puppy food formula
Nature's recipe toy, terrier or puppy food (3 kinds)
All of these are dry, our pup is four weeks now, we'll get her anywhere from 5-8 weeks when she's ready to eat and be away from mom.
Any of these used by you, what do you think, i can't find the really hollistic/organic foods like timerwolf for a small dog like a yorkie, the closest store is PetSmart, i don't have many other choices.
