I just got Ranger micro-chipped yesterday. The vet told me that the needle was larger than the average needle and I had a choice of him putting the chip in, in front of me, or he would do it in the back. I don't mind needles, but I do mind my pup screaming bloody murder. So I had him do it in the back. So now I don't know where the chip is, but I kept feeling something under his skin, and when I looked it was a red scabbed bump. Is this the micro-chip, or something bad? I guess I really didn't know what to expect...
