The standard for the breed is up to 7 lbs. that does not mean that they cant get bigger! LOL The breed varies so much! Some are larger and some are teeny. Ryder is my boy 9 months (and by no means standard), he is about 8 lbs and I am sure still growing. Your boy might just be a bigger boy, nothing too worry about!
