Your Malti Poo is what they call Monarcid. Not sure of the spelling. You need to get him neutered as soon as possible. This means that one testicle is still in his abdomen and that can become cancerous.
Also, he should never be bred as it can be hereditary but the worse thing is the problems that the undesended testicle can cause.
