I rely on patience. I treat every bred female as if she was pregnant and after about 5 or 6 weeks I know if she is or is not. Of course, I know some people like to do tests but I find that the trip to the vet can be very stressful for the expectant momma and I don't think my curiosity is worth putting the female as risk. I know many will disagree with me.
