Agree, London suddenly started crying at 3 in the morning to go potty, and it turned out to be a Urinary Tract Infection.

Definitely worth a vet visit to confirm. You might be able to just drop off a fresh potty sample without a full vet visit. The urinalysis is pretty cheap. You'll want to do it soon because delaying treatment of a UTI/bladder/kidney/intestinal issue can cause more serious issues.
