I've done alot of reading on the "weight loss berries" In my opinion they don't work, period.
The only real thing that work is to eat healthy....5-6 small meals a day. That way you aren't hungry all the time, and move more as your hubby says.
The only real quick weight loss I have done would be Slimfast for a week. I've lost 10lbs in one week doing that...of course, it comes back on, but it is a quick thing.
If you do find any magic fix...post it.
