My little baby bit my BFs son on Sunday.
A little background is, BF has a pool and the dogs love it, they love going in and playing with the kids, the kids run around and yell and splash and my Dexter nips at the water and if the kids are quick they will chase them barking and sometimes Dexter will nip but he has never made contact. Well the other day in his excitement he nips my BFs arm and this time he actually made contact. The kids are aware that he does nip at them when they get him too riled up in the pool. Needless to say his son had a bruise and what looked like pinched skin but he did not break the skin, there was no blood.
I'm so upset though. My baby is 5.5lbs. He is tiny and he loves the kids, it was not malicious or anything. He is such a laid back pup. I am upset that he did this. Every time I look at him I see the big purple bruise on the kids arm.
