I am so sorry for your loss. I know no words can heal your pain.
This March I lost a little shih tzu who meant the world to me. I am not widowed but I have only one living relative who lives far away. Needless to say I am still devastated. I know what it means to be lonely and how these precious animals keep us sane and alive.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. May god or whatever higher being you might believe in, enlighten your heart and bring many blessings and carry you through the emotional rollercoaster that is pet loss.
