its ok...i like answering..lol I really like the japanese...seriously...when i first got it i would wash my hair and just walk out the door. i could never do that before..well i could but i have little stupid frizzies in the front, theyre like little baby curls that are a nightmare when i used to get my hair done. Anyway yep it was that easy and i just let it airdry. Now i do that still...i just have to fix my bangs or they will be a little wavy but no biggie. i think you can def. use a flat iron..you would need a good one tho..i have a mini chi and i just use that over my bangs after i blow dry it to tame any flyaways but i think a good one would work. the thing with the japanese is, some of your hair might fall out if its not strong enough- i have heard this happen to several ppl. Also you cant have any other chemicals in it like highlights or it can fall and break off and that sucks for me cause i reeeeaally want highlight but now i have to wait till it all grows out
