My yorkie did that too. I took her to her vet and the vet said it was an allergy to her vaccination.(She has vaccination 2 days before) She was wheezing alot. She threw up yellow stuff for a couple of days. Then she just started wheezing for 2 weeks then she stopped. Hopes she feels better.
