I don't have another board to go on and ask so I thought I would ask here since a health guarantee applies to all breeds.

How do you go about a health guarantee? How you can guarantee 100% against all types of genetic diseases? If you get two dogs how can you be 100% certain about the history that goes back years? I know things can come up at any time.

I know some people have stated that shorter ones may mean the breeder isn't as "good". But how can you really guarantee that NOTHING may come up?

I plan to get all the necessary testing done on my bull terrier and make sure the stud is tested for everything as well but if this isn't "my line". How can I safely give a guarantee to the best of my knowledge for any future puppies?

I am speaking with one breeder directly but just wanted to get more opinions.
