I hope someone will have an answer for you. I heard of this great hospital in NJ, check this link: Red Bank Veterinary Hospital
This is the place I would go if I need certain answers as they have specialty care there.
The bloody stool would concern me and the fact that your little one is going on and off with being sick and vets have no definite answer. I hope your little one will feel better soon!
