Confused Yet Another Food Question...

I have Maddie on California Natural now and she does well with it. I switched her to a limited ingredient diet b/c she was showing signs of allergies.

However, I would like to have her on a kibble with more protein. I have done a lot of reading on this and recently discovered that studies many people cite are from old, outdated research that claims high protein percentages in the food are harmful to dogs and do all kinds of damage, especially to the liver. When actaully the fact is that these studies were conducted by feeding dogs foods that were made from poor quality, hard to digest protein sources, such as soy, corn, byproducts, blood meal and so on. (dogfoodproject.com)

My question is, is there a quality food that uses limited ingredients but contains a higher protien than her current 22%? I have looked at EVO b/c I really like the Natura company. I am not a cooker so I would prefer to find a food instead of supplementing. Any thoughts are appreciated.
