wow that is a lot of weight to gain for such a little dog. You can continue to free feed her if she is a nibbler just make sure you give her a set amount and no more for the rest of the day. Instead of treats give her ice cubes, they don't know the difference as long as you are giving them something crunchy LOL. And maybe an extra walk a day or some extra play time. the weight should come off.
