All I have to say is wait longer. There were times when Autumn would go outside with everyone and they will all go pee and she will just sit there.
So then I let everyone else in except her. Then in about an hour or longer I will go out with everyone again and she would go pee. I would give her lots of LOVE and kisses. I still do it to her b/c sometimes she doesn't want to go on command. I always praise her. She seems to be getting it now. Then there are times when it's cold or raining out and it seems like we are going out every 15 to 30 min. or so. I don't work so I have a lot of time on my hands and they seem to get it. I just love them so much. My family make fun of me on how much we go out.
