first have you done a food elimination diet? Has the vet run a 6 panel thyroid and sent to jean dodds or michigan state as that is real important with hair loss and skin condition to first rule out hypothyroid as my dog is hypothyroid as well - tell us what you have done and what your dog is eating in detail and we can narrow some things down for you
