Sorry it took me a few days to respond. Yes, you can apply it straight from the bottle. Think of it like your shampoo....you put some in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together (with a little water), and then apply to your hair. Do the same thing but instead of your hair, rub it into your babies. Try to avoid getting it in thier eyes but you will definitely notice a difference.
