The AKC breed standard is undwer 7 lbs. It isn't 4-7 lbs. No mention is made of a bottom number
But this little guy is too small to breed. it puts too much stress on the little ones. Maybe he is not going to breed him. After all he did say what age do I have to watch him around females or something like that.
