If you are concerned about her temperature you can take it at home, very easy , you need to take it anal.
If she is trowing up not a good idea to offer food right away... specially PBJ ...
Is she drinking at all? You can give her water and pedialite just to keep her hydrated.
Pepcide Ac is very safe to give and stops vomiting, one pill of 10 mg , but if it is something serious will not work, but definitely worthy trying once and see if she feels better.
