I agree with them.
Crate training is the best way to go. The smaller the dog, the safer they feel in a crate. It's a little safe haven for them.
Buddy was in one for about two years, only when I went to work. Then one day he refused to get in there. So I told him if he did anything in MY house he would always be in that crate. I was blessed, he never did anything wrong! No accidents, no chewing things up, nothing!
The bell thing I didn't do. Buddy always went to the front or back door when he wanted out. |
